A new Brai

I bought this new Brai from Macro Cash & Cary for just £39.95. The reason for the incredibly cheap price is that it's a Flat Pack. The instructions were written by Neanderthal man who had obviously been drinking large quantities of Absynth because the final product bore no resemblance to the photo on the box. but the cooking results were excellent. May I recommend the following:

Char grilled Asparagus:

Brush the asparagus with a little Olive Oil and then sprinkle all the asparagus with a dusting of Parmesan Cheese. Place on Bar-b-q and cook until soft and a little black.
